I’m excited to present alongside Shar VanBoskirk, Vice President, Principal Analyst at Forrester Research.  Shar is a leading expert on interactive marketing and how businesses can leverage digital channels and technologies to drive sales and deepen customer relationships.

The reality is that many organizations are stuck in a siloed, channel-based approach to messaging and campaign management.  In these situations, campaigns are managed by channel, with little or no regard for the overall customer experience.  As many brands are realizing—and much of Forrester’s research astutely emphasizes—this approach can severely hinder marketing results and revenues.
