With responsibilities for strategic alliances in North America for Neolane, I was particularly interested in a new report by Forrester Research that takes a fresh look at the Marketing Service Provider (MSP) industry.  In reading, “The Forrester Wave™: US Database Marketing Service Providers, Q1 2011,” by Dave Frankland,  several specifics stand out including how Forrester evaluated the vendors, in context of the Customer Intelligence (CI) professional.  To us, that’s very telling, and supports an important trend called out in the report:  the Marketing Service Provider industry is going through significant changes, and the stakes are getting higher.  Neolane is proud to work with two of the top three MSPs identified in the report: KBM Group and Targetbase, along with several others on the list including Quaero.
